Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if you’ve received the incorrect pieces or the item is defective or damaged.  We promise to take a look and make it right.

Returns and Exchanges

We have a 14-day exchange policy. After you’ve received your Studio Tesfaye pieces, you will have 14 days request an exchange. Please note: we do not accept returns.  

To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition that it was received, unworn, and in its original packaging.

To initiate an exchange, please contact us at hello@studiotesfaye.com immediately after receiving your pieces. If we’re able process your exchange, we’ll send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Once we receive the returned pieces, you may select either a credit or an item of equal value. Exchanges sent to Studio Tesfaye without first requesting an exchange will not be accepted.
